How to manage and update your message templates
In this video I will show you how to manage and update your messaging templates.
To get to your message templates click the link on the left column here.
Here you can manage all the text messages that are sent out to your customers.
To edit a message, click the pen and paper icon on the right.
Here you can see the default message and an example of the text your customer receives.
To edit the message, just type in what you would like your message to say in the text box.
For each message we have some pre-selected variables that will insert the correct data related to the booking.
In this message we have location name and internal reference.
If you hover over the variable, it explains what the variable will insert.
To add the variable, just click on the one you would like to insert.
Once you have finished making your changes, click update message.
Once updated, it will show you the preview of your message.
If you would like it set back to the default message, click view original.
Then, click revert to original message.
