Are there any additional costs?
We rely on a number of third party systems for VRN, text messages, postcode lookup, tyre size data, MOT dates and history etc. Each time you use one of these services you will be charged a credit. Each credit costs 5p.
You can use Simple GMS without any credits whatsoever. They're just there to speed things up and improve the accuracy of the data you capture.
How do I pay my subscription?
Simple GMS uses GoCardless to collect direct debit payments each month.
What happens if I use all of my credits?
When we set up your account we will help you estimate the number of monthly credits you need. We will regularly review your usage and adjust your payments accordingly.
Your account will have a credit "overdraft" limit, allowing a certain number of live searches beyond your allocated credits.
How do I change my current pricing plan?
