SMS enhancements and invoice QR codes

Google review links now support our link shortening service. This is applied by default to the check-in report Google review SMS template.
SMS message history now includes individual detail pages to view specific delivery status and metadata.

A printable QR code has been added prompting the customer to leave a Google review.
- Note: Location must have a Google Place ID — contact support to set this up.

Audit logs now include SMS network response codes (where available).
Added sender name guidelines to help avoid blocked messages by mobile networks.
Added missing message variables for new SMS templates (check-in and review URLs).

Customer/location CSV exports now format phone numbers to be more Microsoft Excel compatible.
Updated linked article outlining how to password protect an exported file (including multilingual support where available).
Efficiency improvements on the message template section.
Locations index list now supports filtering by country via flag click (Silkmoth / Reseller).
Additional logging information aimed at pinpointing any erroneous incoming bookings and customer records.
Improved UI for toast notifications across the platform.
UI refinements to the customer-specific SMS history table.

Fixed an issue where selecting a job sheet template could cause additional line items not to be added.
