Tier structure changes and check-in improvements

New features

Tier structure

  • The system pricing tiers have been re-worked to now use three distinct tiers:
    • Essentials
    • Core (previously Lite)
    • Pro (previously Standard)

Customers

  • The check-in app report has been re-worked to allow direct SMS messaging to customers to prompt contact regarding work on their vehicle or other queries.
  • A selection of pre-defined templates have been included for quick/repeat messaging.
  • Added the ability to import a customer's delivery address as part of the customer import functionality (address is an optional extra).
  • Existing customers can now be found via first name / last name / phone number / email address on the "create a job sheet" modal.

Vehicles

  • Added registration date information to full vehicle result (e.g. "4 years and 10 months ago"), aimed at helping with determining servicing upsells.
  • Added vehicle logos for numerous additional smaller manufacturers (over 50 new logos).

🔧 Improvements

Customers

  • Added SMS message history for customers with message content, date sent, etc. to the customer edit page.

SMS

  • Increased available SMS message length to 320 characters (i.e. 2 full SMS messages).

System

  • Various UI refinements and font updates.

🐞 Fixes

  • Fixed issue with reminder template SMS message character count not updating in some cases.
