Quick access to accurate data.

Simple GMS is connected to a number of useful services to help speed up your work and to ensure your data is as good as it can be.

From a vehicle registration number we can pull:

• Vehicle Make
• Vehicle Model
• Colour
• Engine size
• Fuel type
• Date of first registration
• Date last V5C was issued - a good indicator about a change of ownership
• MOT due date
• MOT history - including advisories
• Tyre and wheel size - OE and alternatives

To ensure correct customer addresses we've included a postcode lookup.

Finally, to save you time calling around customers to tell them their vehicle is ready we've connected with a text message service so you can notify the customer at the click of a button, or, if you want, automatically.

We can also use text messages to remind customers about their booking (the day before) and to send them updates, vehicle health checks and their invoices. We can use emails for that too.
